About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of high-speed production lines. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance, directly contributing to our facility's overall output and operational excellence. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic systems, and conveyor networks to ensure peak reliability. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical malfunctions by analyzing equipment behavior and utilizing precision diagnostic instrumentation. Drive operational efficiency by providing technical guidance to production staff on routine maintenance protocols. Manage technical documentation, including work orders and parts inventory, to maintain organized maintenance records. Perform critical adjustments to hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to sustain high-speed production standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve long-term machine health. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Proven proficiency in troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs). Ability to interpret technical manuals, SOPs, and engineering specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust process variables like temperature and speed. Preferred Skills 2+ years of specialized experience maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment. Advanced technical certification or formal vocational training in industrial maintenance. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex electrical prints, blueprints, and machine schematics.
