Jessup, MD 20794 What You'll Be Doing We're hiring immediately for a Maintenance Tech role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Repair and replace motors, belts, bearings, pumps, valves, sensors, and other components. Maintain and repair conveyors, packaging machines, refrigeration-related equipment, and processing machinery. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Perform scheduled inspections and preventive-maintenance tasks. Follow safety, food-safety, and sanitation procedures. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and other maintenance equipment safely. Work with production and sanitation teams to identify and resolve equipment problems. Keep the maintenance area and tools organized and in good condition. More duties may be assigned upon hire. What You'll Need Previous maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or a similar environment. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. Basic knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls is helpful. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime when needed. Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information 1st shift, 6:00am
