About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maximizing the uptime and efficiency of our high-tech production lines. You will be responsible for the health of complex automated systems, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive predictive and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure peak machine reliability. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical system failures to minimize production downtime. Calibrate and configure precision components to meet rigorous quality and performance specifications. Maintain accurate digital records of all maintenance activities and work orders within the CMMS platform. Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term technical improvements. Adhere strictly to all safety and environmental protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance capacity. Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and complex schematics. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a focus on precision troubleshooting. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills Direct experience with injection molding or melt-blown manufacturing processes. Prior certification or experience in handling hazardous waste. Advanced proficiency in industrial electrical systems and control logic.
