Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functioning and prevent breakdowns Conduct inspections and assess maintenance needs, reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems, as well as perform minor renovations and modifications Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and invoices Collaborate with facility staff to identify and address any maintenance-related issues or concerns Perform tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions with residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience preferred Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials up to 50 pounds Familiarity with basic tools and equipment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Work for
