GENERAL MAINTENANCE
for O.C. Seacrets, Inc.117 49th Street, Ocean City, MD 21842410-524-4900 FULL
TIME / YEAR ROUND POSITIONS
Looking for an experienced and skilled general maintenance technician to perform general duties and upkeep of buildings. Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds. Must be self motivated. Able to use power tools Must have valid driver's license, and proper work authorization documents. The position assists where needed including groundskeeping, electrical, plumbing, hvac, painting, etc. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. This is a 40 hour per week, year round position Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check.
Compensation:
$17
•$19 per hour, based on experience.
