Job Description

WPM Real Estate Management, located in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This position supports five multifamily communities in the Owings Mills area. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance as directed, and preparing units for move-in. We're looking for someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service skills are essential, and prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. Multi-site Service Technician•

PM Starting Hourly Rate:
$25.00+ (Pay based on experience and certifications)+ Phone and Auto allowance WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a qualified and motivated Service Technician to join our dedicated maintenance team. This position supports five of our multifamily communities in the Owings Mills area. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready. You'll work both independently and as part of a team to uphold our standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems ( HVAC certification required ) Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs Hang, prep, and sand drywall Repair and maintain appliances Paint apartments and common areas Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property Assist with snow removal as needed Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in residential or property maintenance Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 85 lbs Must be available for on-call emergency coverage
