Full-time Advance Your Career With a Stable, Established Company We're hiring an experienced Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community located in Perry Hall, MD This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled multifamily maintenance professional seeking competitive pay, excellent benefits, and an eight-week on-call rotation. Why You'll Love This Position $25-$30 per hour Eight-week on-call rotation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Apartment discount Stable, long-term career opportunity Supportive and experienced property management team What You'll Do Complete resident service requests Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and water-heater issues Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, and general building repairs Complete apartment turns and make-ready work Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance Maintain buildings, common areas, grounds, and curb appeal Communicate professionally with residents and property management teams Assist with training and supporting other maintenance team members as needed Participate in an eight-week emergency on-call rotation Follow company safety standards and maintain accurate service records What You'll Bring At least five years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience EPA Universal Certification—required Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry Experience completing apartment turns and preventive maintenance Ability to work independently and prioritize work across multiple communities Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift more than 50 pounds Dependability, professionalism, and pride in producing high-quality work Apply Today If you're an experienced apartment maintenance professional looking for excellent benefits, limited travel between properties, and a long-term opportunity with an established company, we want to hear from you. #
