Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC skills and an EPA Universal Certification ? We're hiring a full-time maintenance professional to support four multifamily apartment communities located within 1-2 miles of each other in the Timonium/Baltimore area. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with an established property management company that has been building and managing apartment communities for more than 120 years. Responsibilities Complete apartment service requests and work orders Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete unit turns Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs Complete preventive maintenance inspections Maintain community grounds, common areas, and curb appeal Assist with training other maintenance team members when needed Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every eight weeks Travel between four nearby apartment communities Qualifications At least five years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience Current EPA Universal/Section 608 Certification required Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to complete a background check and drug screening Compensation and Benefits $25-$30 per hour Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and time off Life and disability insurance Apartment discount Stable, long-term employment #
