We're growing our Service Department and are hiring Pool Service Technicians at multiple experience levels. Whether you're just getting started or already have years of experience, we'll match your skills with the right opportunity. What You'll Do Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include: Perform routine pool cleaning including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and basket maintenance. Test, balance, and adjust pool water chemistry. Complete seasonal pool openings, closings, winterizations, and new pool startups. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, and plumbing. Perform equipment repairs and identify larger repair needs. Complete accurate service reports, water chemistry readings, photographs, and recommendations using our CRM system. Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on proper pool care. Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and follow all safety and chemical handling procedures. Experienced technicians may mentor junior team members and assist with training. Who We're Looking For We're looking for dependable people who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing quality work. Whether you're new to the industry or an experienced technician, you should have: Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Dependability and punctuality. Excellent customer service skills. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to troubleshoot problems. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Valid Maryland driver's license. Experience We are hiring technicians at multiple levels:Entry Level:
No pool experience required. We'll provide hands-on training.Experienced Technicians:
Previous pool service, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, irrigation, or similar service industry experience preferred.Senior Technicians:
Strong troubleshooting skills, equipment repair experience, and the ability to mentor others. Pool industry certifications including CPO, Pentair University, OSHA, CPR/First Aid, and NPC Startup Certification are a plus but not required for every level.Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:
