Job Description
Well established property management company actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. Must have strong communication & leadership skills, be a team player, be reliable & self-motivated. Proven experience with HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, drywall and electrical work. Troubleshooting skills and self-motivators are desired. Currently offering competitive salaries and generous benefits packages including 401K match, health insurance, paid vacation & sick leave. Availability:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, One, rotating, week on call. Must be able to work Nights and weekends as needed.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION ARE REQUIRED.
