About the Role As a Field Service Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the peak operational performance of complex facility systems and high-speed machinery. By leveraging your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, you will drive equipment reliability and minimize downtime through proactive intervention and expert repairs. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive maintenance strategies by utilizing digital work order systems to track, prioritize, and resolve technical issues. Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on high-voltage electrical systems and low-voltage control circuits to maintain continuous uptime. Optimize the performance of mechanical assemblies, including gearboxes, bearings, and conveyor systems, to ensure maximum throughput. Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including solenoids and air components, to guarantee precise machine operation. Perform precision metal fabrication and welding tasks to support structural repairs and equipment modifications. Manage plumbing infrastructure, including PVC and copper piping, to ensure efficient fluid and chemical delivery. Maintain a fully equipped mobile workstation to ensure rapid response times and efficient on-site service delivery. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems and complex control panels. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in industrial equipment repair. Proficiency in pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing system maintenance. Demonstrated ability to perform welding and metal fabrication tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Preferred Skills Experience with PLC control panels and automated conveyor systems. Background in water reclamation or chemical dispensing system maintenance. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments.
