Rent Bridgton is seeking a reliable, motivated team member to help maintain our residential and commercial properties in Bridgton. • Complete tenant maintenance requests, including cabinet adjustments, troubleshooting appliances, lightbulb replacement, HVAC heat pump cleaning, and window blind replacement.
• Perform routine upkeep, including filter cleaning and replacement, door hardware repairs, and smoke detector battery replacement.
• Assist with painting, pressure washing, cleaning, mechanical system service, and warranty work.
• Help maintain grounds through light lawn care, snow removal, and sidewalk salting.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residential and commercial tenants alike.
• Communicate work status, outstanding needs, and maintenance concerns to the team.
• Assist with other tasks as needed from time to time; flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities are essential. Qualifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Interest in supporting the community and learning new skills.
