Maintenance Technician Lewiston/Auburn, ME $24.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time | In-Person Revere Staffing Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client in the Lewiston/Auburn, Maine area. We are open to experienced maintenance professionals as well as entry-level candidates who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn a trade. Position Overview The Maintenance Technician will help maintain residential properties throughout the Lewiston/Auburn area, ensuring they remain safe, clean, functional, and comfortable for residents.

Responsibilities include:

Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner Perform apartment turnovers, including painting, patching, flooring, appliance installation, light plumbing, and light electrical work Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot basic building, equipment, and fixture issues Maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, landscaping, and dumpster areas Replace interior and exterior lighting Maintain tools, materials, and maintenance supplies Accurately complete work orders and maintenance documentation Provide professional customer service when interacting with residents Assist with snow removal, groundskeeping, and seasonal maintenance Complete additional maintenance duties as needed Experienced Candidates We would love to speak with candidates who have: Residential or commercial property maintenance experience Experience with basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or general residential repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills The ability to work independently and manage daily priorities Entry-Level Candidates Don't have years of maintenance experience?
