Position Requirements Relevant maintenance or construction experience Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong communication and organizational skills Basic hand tools Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Dependable and team-oriented attitude On-Call rotation (1-2x per year with stipend) Position Overview & Details This position is for properties located in the greater Augusta area. Our team of Maintenance Tech's work very independently within a strong TEAM environment. Duties involve unit turnovers, painting, general plumbing, light carpentry, grounds, janitorial, and miscellaneous building repairs. This is a great job with a combination of hands-on work while also acting as a general contractor within your portfolio to coordinate timing of vendors, and inspections as needed. Full-time 40 hours/week, Flexible start/stop times schedule. Must have experience, own hand tools, and reliable transportation, as some frequent regional travel is required.
