Job Description
In search of a skilled or semi-skilled Maintenance Tech to join our TEAM! C&C Realty Management is a professional, well-established property management company, with a superior reputation in the industry. If you are a driven individual who thrives in a TEAM environment, then we have the position you've been looking for. Position Requirements Relevant maintenance or construction experience Ability to work independently and manage priorities Strong communication and organizational skills Basic hand tools Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Dependable and team-oriented attitude On-Call rotation (1-2x per year with stipend) Position Overview & Details This position is for properties located in the greater Augusta area. Our team of Maintenance Tech's work very independently within a strong TEAM environment. Duties involve unit turnovers, painting, general plumbing, light carpentry, grounds, janitorial, and miscellaneous building repairs. This is a great job with a combination of hands-on work while also acting as a general contractor within your portfolio to coordinate timing of vendors, and inspections as needed. Full-time 40 hours/week, Flexible start/stop times schedule. Must have experience, own hand tools, and reliable transportation, as some frequent regional travel is required.
