Job Description

Description:
Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES
repairs to appliances and fixtures patch holes in walls paint building interiors clean vacant units and interior spaces miscellaneous carpentry repairs change locks grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal Rate of pay is $25 per hour. Requirements:
