Job Overview Join TE Connectivity as a Maintenance Mechanic V and become a key contributor to keeping our manufacturing operations running at peak performance. In this senior-level position, you'll leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex equipment issues, maintain critical facility systems, and support continuous improvement efforts across the plant. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of advanced manufacturing technologies while contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused environment. If you are a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in solving problems and improving equipment reliability, we'd love to hear from you. Job Requirements Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Support and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley or similar). Perform electrical work on industrial systems up to 480V, 3-phase. Diagnose equipment failures and assist with root cause analysis. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Adjust, calibrate, and support equipment setup to ensure quality production. Document maintenance activities using the CMMS system. Recommend equipment and process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and leadership teams. Support overtime, weekends, and emergency maintenance needs as required. What your background should look like High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred. Licensed Massachusetts Electrician preferred. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, CNC equipment, HVAC, and automation components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine diagrams. Experience troubleshooting machine controls, automation systems, and facility support equipment. Forklift maintenance experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Computer literacy for completing maintenance logs and reporting. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and move throughout the facility as needed Comfortable working around machinery, varying temperatures, and noise levels

COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $87,600 - $131,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
