Job Description

We are seeking a full-time

EXPERIENCED

Maintenance Tech to join our team at Nonesuch River Apartments, a luxury, rental community in Scarborough, Maine. Applicants must be experienced in general property maintenance and upkeep, appliance repair, electric (switches and plugs etc), plumbing, basic carpentry and HVAC troubleshooting. Interested individuals must have reliable vehicle, valid DL, own hand tools, and availability for on-call responsibilities. On-call duties is shared with a neighboring community in Mt. Auburn, Maine. Hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9:00-5:00 and Fri. 8:00-4:00. Plus on-call responsibility. Great benefits the first of the month after 60 days! Must be able to pass background check.
