Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities A general maintenance technician keeps the buildings, grounds, and pool safe, clean, and working properly. Fix basic plumbing and electrical issues. Basic repairs and painting. Perform routine checks on common areas, laundry rooms, and hallways. Weeding and light landscaping. Clean walkways, parking lots, and trash enclosure areas. Remove snow and ice from sidewalks during winter months. Water plants and maintain outdoor furniture or lighting. Test pool water daily for chemical balance and pH levels. Add approved chemicals to keep the pool clean and safe. Skim debris, vacuum the pool floor, and empty skimmer baskets. Clean pool decks, bathrooms, and keep safety equipment ready. Other duties may be assigned as requested. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and addressing maintenance needs promptly and professionally. Proven work experience as a maintenance technician or similar role. Previous experience with pools a plus. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per week
