Job Description

Machine Maintenance Technician Responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of mill and production equipment to keep operations running safely and reliably. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, including greasing and lubrication of production machinery Inspect, maintain, and replace drive belts, bearings, motors, air cylinders, air valves, drive chains, and sprockets Perform basic welding for equipment repair and fabrication Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs Maintain and service forklifts Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime Follow all safety protocols when servicing equipment Requirements Mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience Basic welding and electrical skills Forklift maintenance experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a mill/production environment
