In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of building systems and equipment. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facilities maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior components to ensure continuous operation. Repair and troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct welding and carpentry tasks to support building repairs and modifications. Maintain facilities equipment including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, hand tools, and electrical systems with precision. Follow safety protocols during maintenance activities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose issues with automated systems and implement necessary repairs. Lead or assist with maintenance painting projects to uphold the aesthetic standards of the facility. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for operational transparency. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility concerns efficiently and professionally. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in building interior maintenance and facilities upkeep. Proficiency in electrical work including repair of electrical equipment and understanding schematics. Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair. Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively for various repair tasks. Familiarity with HVAC systems repair, HVAC system troubleshooting, and HVAC system components. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated system diagnostics. Knowledge of maintenance painting techniques suitable for residential or commercial environments. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately. Electrical experience complemented by the use of tools like ohmmeters for troubleshooting circuits. Strong leadership skills to oversee or assist in team-based maintenance projects. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
