Job Description
Lakeview Assisted Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance operations at our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in minor plumbing, electrical, & HVAC maintenance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of the facility for residents, staff, and visitors. Our ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and a team player. Lakeview Assisted Living is a 67 apartment senior living community that takes pride in the care of our residents, building, and grounds.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities Daily general building maintenance & repairs Inspect grounds, facility, and equipment routinely to determine the necessity of repairs of maintenance Assist new resident move-ins with hanging pictures, TV's, mirrors, etc. Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC repairs Apartment flips/restoration done in a timely and quality manner Maintain water temperature and air flow logs Painting/touch up of hallways, apartments, offices, common areas, etc. Maintain State of Michigan Bureau of Fire Services codes Maintain State of Michigan Licensing of Regulatory Affairs codes May be contacted outside of regularly scheduled hours to address urgent operational needs or maintenance emergencies that occur. Communicate with the Owner and Administrator on the status of projects and any maintenance issues or concerns.Job Type:
