Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of production and facilities equipment. They will be responsible for all repairs and preventative maintenance for all GUSA equipment and facilities and for recording their time and work details in GPS/SAP. They will be required to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems. Duties Follow all safety rules Follow all environmental rules Support production with urgency and excellent service as needed Accurately report work tasks and time Work with Production Scheduler to ensure all PM work is completed within the Production Schedule Assist to train operators on operator level PM tasks Work with Purchasing to procure parts needed for repairs and spares Keep your work area, machine, and assigned areas clean and free from safety hazards Perform corrective maintenance on equipment Perform preventive / corrective maintenance tasks and report issues with equipment Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing plant Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, controls, mechanical, and fluid power systems Experience with metric electrical and pneumatic schematics preferred Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where your expertise will contribute to maintaining high operational standards within our facilities!
