ESSENTIAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES

(Includes the following, other duties may be assigned)

• Must be able to pass basic maintenance test with 85% score
• Preform Preventative, Predictive, and breakdown maintenance task
• Set up new machines or move machinery to new locations
• Identify problems and trouble-shoot machinery in a timely manner
• Must be able to problem solve
• Understands electronic and solid-state controls and able to read prints
• Must know how to Arc weld and Mig weld
• Familiar with troubleshooting PLC's and variable drives
• Capable of using tablet or PC to complete workorders

Maintenance:

This person requires a minimal to no direction or supervision to complete tasks. This person understands maintenance process' and able to accomplish tasks with little instruction. They have all the necessary hand tools to perform any task. Must also pass general maintenance testing at 85% or better on the following subjects; (or approved alternative testing methods if mutually agreed to by both parties) 1. Problem Solving 2. Electricity (controls, circuits, schematics, motors, and safety around high voltage) 3. Pneumatics 4. Hydraulics 5. Welding (able to weld in most positions) Level 3 (three)

Maintenance:

This person is well versed on all machinery. This person can repair machines in a reasonable amount of time. Has knowledge of P.LC's and can pass knowledge tests to an 85% level (or approved alternative testing methods if mutually agreed to by both parties). Knows and understands electronic and solid-state controls. Ability to schedule and control all areas of maintenance. Capable of assisting lower level maintenance personnel. The ability to design and build new equipment to satisfy the needs of the Company. Level 4

Maintenance:

This person can troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on all machinery with no supervision. The ability to design and build new equipment to satisfy the needs of the company. This person also has knowledge of troubleshooting PLC, HMI, and VFD issues and can read and understand the prints associated with these systems.

• Must pass the Delta Maintenance Test number (2) at 80% or higher (or approved alternative testing methods if mutually agreed to by both parties).

Persons in this position must also have the ability to oversee and train lower level personal and give daily instructions. Level 5

Maintenance:

This person knows, understands, and is highly proficient in all aspects of maintenance and the Company's maintenance programs. This person can also set up, run, troubleshoot, and repair all the equipment and machinery located in the Delta facility. They can program or reprogram PLC, HMI, and VFD to suit the Company's needs. This person has knowledge of how to read a 29 CFR and apply the guidelines to suit the Company's needs. Persons in this position must have the ability to train lower-level personnel in a professional manner.

• Must pass the Delta Maintenance Test numbers (1 and 2) at 90% or higher (or approved alternative testing methods if mutually agreed to by both parties)
