YOUR MISSION

Work with your crew to achieve 100% daily route completion with zero client complaints — every single day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers Keep equipment fueled, stocked, and clean — blown off and emptied at end of every day Work on Yard Cleanup and Landscape Bed Maintenance Projects Perform general landscaping and outdoor maintenance as needed

PAY & BENEFITS

Starting pay: $18/hr Pay potential: $21/hr + performance bonuses Paid weekly via direct deposit Raises tied to performance and growth Full on-the-job training provided — High volume lawn care experience required Real opportunity for long-term advancement

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age or older Must live in Bay City or Essexville, MI Reliable transportation to our Bay City shop by 8:30 AM Able to work 10+ hour days outdoors Strong communicator who can lead a small team and follow directions Dependable, accountable, and consistent — this is a no-excuses crew
