Maintenance Technician Take Your Skills to the Next Level Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who thrives on solving complex problems? If you're looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same—and where your expertise truly makes an impact—we want to hear from you. We are seeking a driven technician who enjoys diagnosing tough issues, optimizing equipment performance, and keeping high-speed production running at its best. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues on extrusion and thermoforming equipment Work with PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and control systems to maintain and improve equipment reliability Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Analyze equipment performance and implement process improvements Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Collaborate with production and engineering teams to solve recurring issues Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs and improvements Champion and follow all safety procedures What You Bring Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience (480V, controls, PLCs preferred) Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex equipment problems under pressure Experience in plastics, extrusion, or thermoforming equipment is a strong plus Solid mechanical aptitude in addition to electrical skillset Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation Self-motivated problem solver who enjoys working independently and as part of a team Desire to take ownership of equipment performance and continuously improve processes Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete floors for extended periods Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and reaching Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working around moving machinery in an industrial environment Why This Role Stands Out Challenging, hands-on work that leverages your technical expertise Opportunity to work on specialized plastics manufacturing equipment Stable schedule with a $2.00 shift premium Strong benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k)
