is seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team located in Benton Harbor, MI.
FOURMIDABLE
supports a balance between work and a personal life by providing employees with paid time off and holidays. Our paid holidays include New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Employees become eligible for paid time off the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Tasks include:
Clean vacant apartments Cleaning buildings and common areas, daily grounds pick up. Maintain the interior and exterior of the Community, and assists with minor repairs such as electrical, plumbing, concrete, masonry, roofing, painting and carpentry. The ideal candidate
MUST:
