Maintenance Technician — Part-Time - Country Manor Estates 20748 Grandville Road, Big Rapids, MI 49307 Country Manor Estates is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance needs of our mobile home community. Position Responsibilities The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of property maintenance duties, including: General maintenance and repairs throughout the community Routine upkeep of community grounds and facilities Troubleshooting and addressing maintenance issues Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner Helping maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept community Performing other maintenance-related duties as needed Qualifications Previous mobile home community/property maintenance experience is highly desirable General knowledge of building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and grounds maintenance is preferred Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and customer-service skills Position Details Part-time 25 hours per week $25.00 per hour How to Apply Interested applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and three employment-related references to: Property Manager Country Manor Estates 20748 Grandville Road Big Rapids, MI 49307 For more information, please call 231-349-6946.
