We are looking for a Maintenance Tech I to join the team at Mountain Run at Boyne in Boyne Falls, MI. In this position, you will help maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, and back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property. What will I be doing? Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to repair. Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job. Climb ladders up to 30 feet high and reach in all directions, often overhead. Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets. May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader. To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: What are we looking for? 0-6 months previous experience.
