Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Conduct appliance repair and installation across various settings, and kitchen equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems quickly and efficiently. Experience Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial environments. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems (HVAC), HVAC/R systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients or team members.
