A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

Pay & Schedule:
$30.00/hour +$1.00/hour shift premium on 2nd shift 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Paid training on 1st Shift for approximately 2-3 weeks Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Training paid at $30.00/hour
What You'll Do:
You'll play a key role in keeping CNC equipment running efficiently by: Performing preventative maintenance on CNC machinery Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Diagnosing machine faults and repairing equipment to minimize downtime Reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Replacing worn or damaged machine components Assisting with machine installations, modifications, and repairs Completing maintenance documentation and work orders
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of industrial maintenance or CNC maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read electrical schematics and machine documentation Basic knowledge of CNC controls and G-Code is a plus Experience using electrical testing equipment and precision tools High School Diploma or GED Why Apply?
