A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

What You'll Do:
Learn and perform air duct cleaning and sealing techniques (paid in-house training provided) Operate sealing equipment and computer systems to complete jobs efficiently Maintain accurate records and generate customer-facing reports Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries with professionalism Follow safety protocols and company standards Use company vehicles to travel to job sites across
Michigan What We're Looking For:
No prior experience required—we'll train you Strong computer skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check Availability Monday-Saturday, starting at 7 AM Qualifications No previous experience necessary—training will be provided Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, or confined areas Valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
