Job Description

Looking for a motivated individual that is willing to learn and develop with our growing team. This position would be responsible for the day to day maintenance operations for our apartment complex with the assistance of management and their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Informs supervisor of any issues or concerns that may arise. Responds to emergency situations under any adverse working conditions and makes informed and accurate decisions. Orders parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers. Paints or repairs roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Diagnoses basic mechanical problems. Ability to work with electrical outlets, switches, and change lights. Repairs basic plumbing issues (for example: changing a faucet drain line). Performs basic carpentry skills including trimming doors.
