Job Description

Maintenance Technician I Location:
Cadillac, MI Local Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician I to join our team in Cadillac, MI. This role is responsible for supporting production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Pay Rate $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Job Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Repair and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attendance and reliability Technical training, certification, or related education is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery #nowhiring Maintenance
