Job Description
Gill Staffing is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Caledonia. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who is comfortable performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment problems, and making repairs in a fast-paced production environment. Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and automated equipment is desired, and PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus . Qualified candidates should have previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment and be able to read electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics.
