Job Description
Horizon Overhead Door is growing and looking for a motivated Residential Garage Door Technician / Installer to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Pay $20.00-$26.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience) Experience Preferred 5+ years of garage door industry experience preferred, but not required Candidates with strong mechanical, construction, electrical, or service backgrounds are encouraged to apply What You'll Do Install residential garage doors, openers, and related products Diagnose and repair garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and opener systems Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections Educate homeowners on repairs, product options, and preventative maintenance Complete job documentation using Jobber, CompanyCam, and Trello Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Horizon Overhead Door professionally What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work safely on ladders Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid vacation Paid holidays Overtime opportunities Company-issued iPhone and iPad Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, and equipment provided Performance-based commission opportunities Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Supportive, family-oriented team environment
