Medallion Management, Inc. Is looking to hire a full-time or part-time maintenance employee for Lake Wind Apartments and Woodland Apartments located in Cassopolis, MI and Marcellus, MI. The maintenance staff will have various duties relating to the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Ensure that all service requests receive attention within 24 hours.
• Ensure prompt cleaning, painting and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete move-in and move-out checklist with residents when requested.
• Maintain all plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment in good repair.
• Maintain mulch beds and flowers as needed to achieve Medallion Management's curb appeal standards.
• Police grounds daily and remove trash, branches, etc.
• Keep all sidewalks free of ice and snow using equipment and chemicals necessary.
• Check and replace light bulbs on buildings and in parking areas regularly.
• Clean building hallways including floors, walls, light fixtures and windows as needed.
• Clean all common areas such as laundry rooms community room, lobby, etc. as needed.
• Keep furnace rooms and maintenance room clean and neat free of hazard.
• On call for maintenance emergencies every other week.

Requirements:

• Must have own tools
• Credit and criminal history checks will be completed Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, and painting is also preferred. Gardening maintenance knowledge is a plus.
