MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.

We are looking for a jack of all trades who has experience with light plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. As a Stathakis Maintenance Tech, you are required to do the following: Perform light plumbing, electrical repair, and carpentry work as requested. Such as installing garbage disposals, toilets, changing door locks, light fixtures and ballast, painting etc. Keeps inventory of all repairs and other building maintenance related items. Conduct safety checks and equipment testing on all equipment at facilities. MUST have own basic tools Hours are Mon-Fri from 7:00 am - 3:30pm

Compensation and Benefits:
