  • Immediate Need We are actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in industrial coatings, automotive manufacturing, or similar production environments .
This is a hands-on role supporting production equipment, coating systems, and facility operations. Ideal candidates will have experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments where uptime and efficiency are critical. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production and coating equipment Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Maintain and repair transfer systems and production lines Inspect, test, and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime Support continuous operation of coating systems and machinery Complete routine inspections (daily, weekly, monthly) Maintain clean and safe work areas Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams Document work orders and track maintenance activity What We're Looking For Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong experience in: Electrical systems Hydraulics Pneumatics Mechanical repair Plumbing systems Experience working in coatings, paint lines, or automotive manufacturing strongly preferred Experience with transfer systems highly preferred PLC knowledge is a strong plus Ability to troubleshoot quickly in a high-production environment Forklift (Hi-Lo) experience is a plus Strong attendance and reliability Preferred Backgrounds This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in: E-coat / powder coat / paint line operations Automotive suppliers (Tier 1 / Tier 2) Metal finishing or coating facilities Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally) Frequent standing, bending, and walking Ability to work around machinery, noise, and industrial conditions Why This Role Stands Out Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time opportunity Overtime available Opportunity to work on advanced production and coating systems
