Duties Include:
- Plumbing
- Mowing
- De trashing vacant homes
- Cleaning up debris around the park
- Light repairs to vacant homes to prepare for resale Qualifications
- Own tools and transportation a plus
- Knowledge of sewer and water plants a plus
- Some experience remodeling homes
- some experience cutting grass and weed wacking
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willing to learn
