Make-Ready/Maintenance Technician

Make-Ready/Maintenance Technician We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to help with apartment turns, work orders, and general property repairs. We need someone reliable, responsive, and responsible who can follow a punch list, complete repairs, give clear updates, and work independently when needed. Duties include apartment turns, basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, hardware, doors, locks, appliances, work orders, and general property upkeep. Apartment maintenance, make-ready, construction, or handyman experience preferred. HVAC, EPA, plumbing, or electrical certifications are a plus but not required. Must be dependable, communicate clearly, follow process, and take pride in finished work.

Pay:
