Facilities Technician Location:
Walker, MI (Primary) - Occasional work in
Coopersville, MI Job Type:
Temporary (3-Month Contract)

Shift, Full-Time Pay:
$25/hour
Overview:
We are seeking dependable Facilities Technicians to support a 3-month facility expansion project. This hands-on role will assist with equipment moves, warehouse modifications, pallet racking installation, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, is comfortable using hand tools, and can work independently while following safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with equipment moves and warehouse reconfigurationTear down and install pallet racking systemsPerform general facility maintenance and installation workSafely use hand tools, ladders, and other equipmentFollow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructionsSupport facility improvement projects as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of maintenance, facilities, warehouse, or mechanical experienceComfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs independently (up to 100 lbs with team assistance)Experience using hand tools and working on laddersAbility to work independently and follow directionsReliable with a strong work ethic and attention to safety Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
