Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a fast-paced apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and is eager to grow within a professional property management environment. Key Responsibilities Complete work orders and apartment make-readies in a timely manner Perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliances Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail Technology & Systems Use of company systems and mobile tools is part of daily responsibilities Access and manage work orders and inspections through a mobile app Document completed work with notes, photos, and videos in real time No prior experience with these systems is required; training will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn and use technology as part of their daily work Qualifications 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred Willingness to learn and develop skills across multiple trades Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
