Supports production operations with all maintenance and repairs for electrical and mechanical problems such as (but not limited to) preferred 3-axis CNC mills, conveyors, machine automation, and robots.

Analyzes, solves problems, and maintains all plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.

Works from available mechanical and electrical drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.

Assists with research of parts as necessary.

Performs preventative, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance per work orders.

Reads and interprets safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, quality documents, set-up instructions, blueprints, and electrical prints.

Completes charts and other simple documents to communicate to the team.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by staying in sync with procedures, rules, and regulations.

All other duties as assigned. Required Skills and EducationHigh School Diploma or GED.1-2+ years of CNC experience and 2-3+ years of maintenance experience.

Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and equipment.

Ability to drive a forklift, scissor lift, and articulating arm boom truck.

Validated experience and ability to use standard maintenance and electrical repair tools and equipment, and operate lifting equipment, computer terminals, and other tools/equipment.

Experience with troubleshooting.

Availability and willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as requested.
