Job Description

Maintenance Technician and Supervisory opportunities in the Farmington Hills, Michigan area. A national company with a facility in the Farmington Hills, MI area is currently seeking several Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors for long-term opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for experienced Property Maintenance candidates looking for a company that offers excellent opportunities for growth, stability, and advancement. Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors will be working a full-time day shift position with pay rates starting between $20-35/hour based on experience and education (we will consider paying more for the right skills). All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. A generous compensation package includes an annual bonus, medical plans, paid holidays / vacation time, 401k with match, employee events, and more. Qualified Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: 3+ years of commercial/building maintenance and repair experience. Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems and codes; EPA Universal or Boiler certifications/licenses are a strong plus, but not required. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties within a 50-mile radius of Detroit. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, on-call, and emergencies, with strong communication skills and a commitment to responsive, professional, and high-quality customer service. Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered). Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
Pay:
$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
