Property Manager, Multi-Site Property Manager, Area Support Property Manager, Senior Property Manager About the Role We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance for multi-family housing communities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs. You'll ensure safety standards are met while delivering exceptional service to residents and team members. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday, requiring on-call availability every other week. Responsibilities Maintain and repair building systems (HVAC, ventilation). Perform electrical and plumbing repairs. Service appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers). Complete light carpentry, drywall, and hardware repairs. Install and maintain flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Prepare units for occupancy and assist with seasonal maintenance. Inspect and clean common mechanical and storage areas.Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 2 years as a maintenance technician; multifamily experience preferred.Skills:
Basic proficiency in two or more trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting).Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Certifications:
EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred.Other:
Basic computer skills and ability to use property management software. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and occasional climbing. Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.Special Requirements:
Driver License Background Check:
Candidates must successfully pass a driver license background check as part of the hiring process to ensure that all employees who will be operating a company vehicle meet necessary safety standards.
