Overview We are a local real estate investment and renovation company looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to help renovate and maintain residential properties throughout the Flint area. This is a hands-on position with a wide variety of work. Projects range from complete property cleanouts and preparing homes for renovation to drywall repair, painting, basic carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical work, landscaping, lawn care, and general handyman repairs. We are open to different experience levels and may hire more than one person. You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are looking for people with general construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman experience who are dependable, willing to work, and take pride in doing a job well. Duties Drywall installation, patching, and repair Interior and exterior painting Basic carpentry and trim work Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Flooring and general home repairs Property cleanouts and demolition/prep work Lawn care, landscaping, and exterior property maintenance General handyman and property maintenance work Assist with residential renovation and property-flipping projects from start to finish Evaluate projects to determine materials and supplies needed to complete the work Pick up materials and supplies from Home Depot and other local suppliers as needed A company vehicle is available for main supply and material runs Help identify problems and practical solutions while working on properties Maintain clean and organized job sites Requirements Previous experience in construction, remodeling, property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field is preferred General knowledge of home repairs and basic construction Ability and willingness to perform both skilled work and general labor as needed Dependable and able to work independently; You'll be given direction and project goals, but should be comfortable managing your day-to-day work, prioritizing tasks, and completing projects without constant supervision. Strong work ethic and attention to quality Reliable transportation for travel between properties in the Flint area Basic personal tools are a plus, but not required Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with residential renovation and property maintenance

Schedule Full-Time:

Typically Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with some flexibility.

Part-Time:

Flexible scheduling available. We are willing to work around another job, school, or existing commitments when possible. Both full-time and part-time applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Growth Full-Time:

Approximately $40,000-$50,000 per year , depending on experience, skill level, and capabilities.

Part-Time:

Hourly compensation based on experience and skill level. There is opportunity for increased pay and responsibility based on performance. Performance bonuses may also be available based on reliability, quality of work, and successful project completion.
