ZF Fowlerville is a powerhouse of lean manufacturing, shipping up to 6,500 brake units each day and handling 58 million components a month. $3,500 sign on bonus!

High SchoolResponsibilities Performs corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for a variety of assembly/machining and test equipment consisting of electronics, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, software, hardware, and robotics systems.  Performs preventive maintenance on production equipment (i.e., cleaning, retooling, oil-changing, calibrating, aligning, etc.)  Ability to read and understand electrical prints.  Assists in process design improvement engineering studies involving product throughput, first-run yields, ergonomics, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing processes.  Respond to assembly lines or specific equipment to provide real time assistance, swift diagnosis of critical maintenance issues, performing repairs, and providing proactive communication to leadership for major maintenance issues.  Knowledge of
