Your primary goal is to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance through proactive troubleshooting and expert mechanical and electrical repairs. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to keep production lines running smoothly. Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of plant equipment and auxiliary systems. Perform precision repairs, including dismantling devices, replacing defective components, and calibrating control instruments. Conduct rigorous safety inspections across the facility to ensure full compliance with OSHA and ANSI standards. Document maintenance activities and update service logs to maintain accurate records of equipment health. Collaborate with production teams to test machinery performance after repairs, ensuring all systems meet quality specifications. Manage maintenance requisitions and inventory to ensure necessary parts are available for timely repairs. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting injection molding and secondary manufacturing equipment. Strong proficiency in industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to interpret complex technical diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings. Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery safely, including forklift certification. Must possess a personal set of professional-grade tools. Preferred Skills Experience with robotics programming and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Knowledge of End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) design and fabrication.
