[Hourly range], based on experience Build something you can take pride in. DBI is hiring dependable, hands-on people to help build and outfit commercial indoor growing facilities. We design, supply, and install the systems that make these facilities work—from irrigation and lighting to tables and environmental equipment. We're looking for experienced installers and general laborers who show up on time, work hard, follow directions, and care about doing the job right. Construction or installation experience is helpful, but mechanically inclined applicants who are ready to learn are encouraged to apply. What you'll do Assemble and install growing tables, benches, and equipment supports. Help hang lights, fans, dehumidifiers, and other facility equipment. Measure, cut, assemble, and install PVC pipe, irrigation tubing, and drain lines. Assist with pumps, tanks, filtration equipment, and water room installations. Install strut, brackets, threaded rod, and mounting hardware. Load, unload, organize, and move tools, materials, and equipment. Follow layouts, installation instructions, and direction from crew leads. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Report completed work, material needs, and jobsite issues. Tasks are assigned based on experience and training. What we're looking for Reliable attendance, punctuality, and transportation to assigned work locations. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Comfort using hand tools, drills, impact drivers, tape measures, and levels. Attention to detail and pride in clean, professional installations. Ability to work with a crew and stay productive. Ability to perform physical installation work, including standing, bending, carrying materials, and working from ladders, with reasonable accommodation where needed. Willingness to follow safety procedures and speak up when something is unclear. Helpful experience Construction, plumbing, irrigation, HVAC installation, equipment assembly, warehouse work, maintenance, or other hands-on trades. Experience working with PVC, strut, mounting hardware, or commercial growing equipment is a plus.
