Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Garage Door Installer & Repair Technician for Commercial/Residential to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of garage doors and related systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers' safety, security, and satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service. Duties Install new garage doors, including door hanging, glass installation, and fixture setup in accordance with building codes and safety standards Perform repairs on malfunctioning garage doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, and other components using hand tools and power tools Conduct electrical work related to garage door openers and safety sensors with precision and adherence to electrical codes Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup and repairs Utilize work, caulking, metal stud framing, and remodeling techniques as needed for custom installations or repairs Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting doors or equipment on construction sites or customer premises Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout each project Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in door installation, mechanical repair, and building code compliance Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction site safety protocols Experience in glass installation, drywall finishing, cabinet installation, fixture mounting, and remodeling projects Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise installations or repairs Knowledge of electrical work related to garage door openers and sensors Construction experience including carpentry skills such as door hanging, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and remodeling techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and working at heights or on ladders in various weather conditions Join us in delivering top-tier garage door solutions that combine craftsmanship with outstanding service. Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
